It could be used for customer service, generating responses to queries online, creating personalised content.

There are however, security concerns. Cybercriminals could leverage this tool to create phishing emails. They could exploit the code, e.g. by changing the user input or by adapting the output generated.

There is further threat of others media being used for nefarious purposes, e.g. audio, video and other forms of media.

Data processing engines could be refined to emulate ChatGPT. These engines could be used to generate malicious content.

ChatGPT technology could be scaled up and could be automated. It is a potential threat. There are no official ChatGPT APIs now. There are only community created offerings. These could be used to create and personalise malicious web pages. Phishing campaign can be precisely targeted. There could be social engineering abuses.
